The Moxy List | Expert Week 13 FanDuel & DraftKings NFL DFS Lineup Advice, Tips & Picks.
Here to help you build the best possible FanDuel & DraftKings NFL Week 13 lineup with a focus on Cash Games (December 3, 6-7, 2015 contests).
Week 12 saw the two most popular, high priced wide-outs, DeAndre Hopkins and Julio Jones fall flat – while many of the other plays for Week 12 played out like expected. Looking forward to Week 13, we have a full slate of games and no shortage of options when building our line-ups for Week 13 cash games.
If you are new to the Moxy List – thank you for reading. If you are returning, you know the drill.
I will be breaking down each of the upcoming NFL games, providing my thoughts on who makes for good cash game plays on FanDuel and DraftKings.
I will note good picks for the week, and the options I feel are the best of the best… the guys who make The Moxy List.
Throughout the week, I will be adding games to the breakdown when I have the time to do so.
You can always know that it will be completed before line-ups lock on Sunday as I work my way through the games throughout the week leading up to the games in Week 13.
Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions
GB (-3) @ DET, Total: 46.5
Green Bay
The Packers head to Detroit for some Thursday night football this week. They come in at a total of 24.75, and at their current prices, I don’t really love any of them for cash games. The likes of QB Aaron Rodgers, WR Randall Cobb, RB Eddie Lacy and WR Davante Adams could all have some GPP intrigue, but for cash games – with the way this group is playing right now, there are safer options on the board.

Detroit Lions
The Lions host Green Bay, fresh off a strong effort on Thanksgiving day in a win over the struggling Eagles. This week, they face a much tougher defence and the Vegas line reflects it, having the Lions pegged for 21.75 points. I think that both QB Matthew Stafford and WR Calvin Johnson could be suitable plays – but won’t be investing in any shares in cash games this week.

- Johnson exploded a week ago for a 8-93-3 line on Thanksgiving day. No one ever questions his talent, and he has actually posted double digit FDP in each of the last 6 games – so you can build a case to be using him given how consistent he has been. To me, I like a few cheaper options at WR, and the match-up isn’t an easy one – so I’ll be leaving Calvin out of my cash game line-ups this week.
Arizona Cardinals @ St. Louis Rams
ARI (-5.5) @ STL, Total: 43
Arizona
The Cards are heavy road favourites this week as they take on the Rams in St. Louis. With a total of 24.25, they are expected to be able to put up some points – though the Rams do have a very stout defence, especially on home turf. To me, there are better options out there at QB than Carson Palmer in my opinion this week. For RB David Johnson, if he starts and is set to get the bulk of the carries, based on price alone – I think he is a very good punt option at the RB position. WR Larry Fitzgerald continues to be relatively productive and is a secondary option at the position in cash games.
The Moxy List
If he starts, based on price alone – he is a very strong punt option. He has looked electric at times as a rookie – and if he is set to get the bulk of the carries, I really like what he brings to the table. With a price of $5,900 on FanDuel and $3,400 on DraftKings – there is a lot to like here.
Good Plays
I don’t love the match-up, but Fitz has been remarkably consistent this year, clearing 10 FDP in 9 of 10 games. I won’t be investing, but his price is still very affordable and you know what you are getting with him.
St. Louis Rams
Just like last week, RB Todd Gurley is a viable pivot on the high end at RB in tournaments – but outside of that, I will pass.
